Hotel as a whole is luxurious and pretty standard, I liked it.

The hotel is situated in the very central location in a quiet corporate center that shuts down for the evenings. And it's very close to bars and restaurants, the restaurants of nearby hotels, and shopping centers.

Omelettes and fresh pineapple on included breakfast Buffett were outstanding in addition to waffles and sausage and great coffee served with a smile

Bed sheets were starched and scratchy but the bed itself was very comfortable.

Decent selection for breakfast.

Kind of expensive for the one night.

Fridge had a puddle of water in it. We did not try to use it. An outlet on the wall had someone's charging prongs stuck in it. We found out trying to plug a phone in, and it sparked out. Cleaning lady tried to clean at 9 am when our checkout was not until 12. Front desk clerk had two teens behind the counter giving me looks when I was checking out. If it was not for the unfriendly staff and room issues, we would of had a nice trip.

The staff was very friendly and accommidating.The continental breakfast left a bit to be desired.location was good, pool area while not large indoor area was clean.

I didn't like that Booked.net did not make the reservation even though I had a email . They had no reservation and had no rooms. Very upset since we had guaranteed the room because we would arrive late. We ended up driving 45 min away and paying twice the rate. We had to leave very early next morning to drive back and make our tee time .

Even though it was a short business trip I enjoyed the stay there I got rest and it was quiet for work purpose...wifi connection kept going in and out but a good stay overall

I have received a Booking Confirmation Number: 503.536.066 Pin Code: 0357 for Hampton Inn Middletown DE For 2 nights With a total Price of $ 291.92. 1 room $ 270.30 8% Tax. $ 21.62 Check-in April 28 Check-out April 30 During the Checking it was confirmed for me that the total price will be $ 291.92, but really I can check on my used debit car that it was different (interestingly it was debited $ 335.75), so there is an overpayment of $ 44.00. Conclusion: I'm feeling desagree and dessapointed about that situation that I was supposed to pay $ 291.92 as it was confirmed before, but not $ 335.75.

The room was very clean I would definitely go back again.

the front desk person was always preoccupied with something else. Customers always had to wait because there were no one at the station.

The location to the surrounding area was a plus, very convenient to stores the hotel staff were very pleasant and helpful, we will definitely stay again.

The bathroom had a half a roll of toilet paper we of course with 3 people ran out and had to call our phone didn't work, and the cable guide was outdated.
